NICOM – 25th Nirma International Conference on Management

With advances in information technology, it has become critical for firms to develop strategies that can withstand the current business environment of volatility and economic opportunities. For researchers and academics to analyze networks that can help them gain a better understanding, NICOM 2022 will provide a platform to explore strategies for architecting sustainable competitive excellence.

The prime objective of this conference is to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the business systems, resilience-oriented platforms, trade processes, mechanisms underpinning different stakeholders’ experiences with sustainable development and the issues and challenges related to how Competitive Excellence can be achieved and sustained.

This year the theme of the conference is ‘Strategies for Architecting Sustainable Competitive Excellence: Reimagining the Future.

We invite research papers from the research scholars and academicians across different management and allied disciplines at the Nirma International Conference. The research papers should be related to any of the following research areas:

Marketing Human Society
OB/HRM Environmental Science
Entrepreneurship Strategic Management
Business Analytics Economics and Finance
Public Policy Operations Management
Health Management

However, the above list is only illustrative; authors are encouraged to submit papers on any other issues that they deem relevant to the conference theme.

  • Academicians, Practitioners, and Research Scholars are encouraged to send their original, unpublished work in the form of Extended Abstract (1000-1200 words) to the conference by January 30, 2022. Any submission which is identical or substantially similar to work already published, under review for conference or publication, will not be considered.

A few selected manuscripts may be considered for publication in Nirma University Journal of Business and Management Studies.

At least one of the authors must register for the conference. Registration fee is non-refundable. However, change in nomination is permitted on request.
